The County Wicklow Outdoor Recreation Committee developed the first County Wicklow Outdoor Recreation Strategy in 2009 which had a very positive impact on the development and management of outdoor recreation in the county. We now welcome your feedback to inform the development of the County Wicklow Outdoor Recreation Strategy 2019 to 2024. This strategy will identify the development challenges, opportunities and priorities for outdoor recreation in the county and we need your thoughts if we are to get the full picture.
Outdoor recreation activities include a wide range of sports such as cycling (on or off-road), canoeing, sailing, hillwalking, hunting, aeromodelling, open water swimming and many others.
Four questionnaires are available for input, depending on your personal circumstances. The questionnaire must be completed by Wednesday 27th of March. The questions only take a few minutes.
